Solution: 

For your convenience, you can set up your student e-mail account to automatically forward incoming e-mail.

Caution:  There are some drawbacks to using this feature:

• You must always remember to keep a current, valid e-mail address set in the forwarding option. 
• If your forwarding address changes and you do not update your WU account, you may not receive important e-mail communications from Wilmington University or your instructor(s). 
• When you reply to messages sent to your WU e-mail address that have been forwarded, your reply comes from the other e-mail address.  The recipient (perhaps your instructor) may not recognize that address as coming from you (could cause your message to be blocked).

Instructions

• Log in to WebCampus
• Select My Email from the menu on the lower left in the Student Services section.
• In the upper-right corner of your browser window, select Settings.
• Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
• Select Add a forwarding address and enter the appropriate information.
• Select Enable IMAP. 
  • If your mail client or device does not support IMAP, select Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.
  • Choose an option for what happens after the message is forwarded.  
    Caution:  If you choose delete Wilmington University Mail's copy, you will have no record of messages sent to your WU address.
• Select Configuration instructions to set up your mail client or mobile device.
• Select Save Changes.
