myLesley and LOIS are independent systems. LOIS (http://www.lesley.edu/lois) is essentially an online interface to the Colleague database, and Colleague is where grades must be recorded to appear on a student's academic record. The gradebook in myLesley (http://my.lesley.edu) allows faculty to give grades throughout a course in order to calculate a final grade that then needs to be submitted through LOIS.
